Where are you located?
Our home burrow is located in New Zealand. Just down the hall and left at Mordor. Lucky for us, information is easily spread across borders.
Do you ship your merchandise world-wide?
Yes, we do! Our products are sourced worldwide and shipped directly to you from their source of production. That’s why shipping costs may be a little cheaper for some folks, depending on where the product comes from.
Do you use AI for any of your content?
We definitely do. We are not very good at drawing pictures and do not want to use images already available online, so we use AI to help generate some of the imagery used on the site. We do not, however, use AI to generate our written content. That all comes from our resident rabbit in charge. You deserve information based on experience, knowledge and trust. That is our commitment to you.

Why indeed. Also, why not? You can read more about us on the obligatory “About Us” page (link in the footer below). The tl;dr version of the story is that we want to make IT fun again and also share some learnings around Agile and Agile ways of working that can benefit everyone.
Why are your products so expensive?
Because nothing is cheap anymore, and it sucks. We don’t really make a profit from any of the items we sell in our store. It’s there for fun and to spread correct information and humour. The price we charge is to cover the costs. The amount of “fees” associated with selling something online is crazy, and we have a new respect for people who sell items online for a living.
Are you for real?
No cap, fam! We have well over two decades of experience in the IT industry, and our clients come from all over: banking, telecoms, small business startups, and large corporates. We’ve been there and seen it all (well, there’s always a new surprise around the corner). But yes, we are as real as it gets.
